Draw Tool - Reported Bugs

Could probably drop Create New Draft assuming you wanna keep the one in the main nav

if i have multiple layers that look similar, the preview icon doesn't make it clear which one i'm working with. i know i could toggle the layer on/off, but maybe hovering over the icon would show an expanded preview of that layer, almost like a tooltip? being able to rename layers should help too
