Draw Tool - Reported Bugs

Repro steps: 1) Drew a bunch of stuff in here: https://draw.ag.xyz/draw/83ae92de-f8bc-40cd-9aed-d6d7ce6044e1 2) Clicked "Post to Twitter" => "Share on Discord" 3) Currently open tab was redirected to Discord 4) Clicked "back" to return to draw tool 5) Drawing was reverted to an earlier state I think this could be fixed by simply opening in New Tab for Step 3)

when a layer is "hidden", i can still use the draw tool. then when i toggle it back on, it shows what i drew during the time it was hidden. i wouldn't expect any drawing to have occurred while it was hidden.

drawing (or erasing) should continue when the mouse re-enters the drawing area
